All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at ordershopfbk@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues at this time, so please review the size guide before purchasing.

If your return is approved, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
