We currently offer children's clothing in sizes ranging from 2T to 12/14. Size availability varies by style.
π How do I choose the correct size?
Please refer to our Size Guide on each product page before placing your order. Our clothing is listed using China sizing, with the equivalent US size provided for your convenience.
If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
π Do your clothes run true to size?
Our items generally fit according to the size guide provided. Since every child grows differently, we recommend using your child's height and measurements rather than age alone.
π When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1β2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking email.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or new collection launches.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3β7 business days after shipment.

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping may become available in the future.

At SHOP777KIDZ, we carefully inspect every order before it ships. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Return Requirements
To be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund, the item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In its original condition
- With all original tags attached
Sizing

Resolution
Once we review your claim, we'll determine the best resolution based on the situation. Approved claims may receive one of the following:
- A replacement item (if available)
- Store credit
- A refund to the original payment method

β Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
